We need 1 week’s notice for Half or Whole Lambs. 

Please give us one week’s notice for collection (more if you can). Each animal has a different weight, so if deboned, you will lose the weight of bones, fat, and kidneys.  Half a lamb starts at around 9kg after bone removal

1 x Whole Leg or 2 x Half Legs

1 x Leg shank

1 x Rack

BBQ Ribs

Loin Chops

Shoulder Chops

or Rolled Shoulder between 1.5-2.5 kg

Lamb Shoulder Shank

2 Kidneys
