We need 1 week’s notice for Half or Whole Hoggets. 

We realise that people want to fill their freezers, so we offer whole and half hoggets.

Each animal has a different weight, so if deboned, you will lose the weight of bones, fat, and kidneys.  Hoggets start at 9kg per half after deboning .

we cut the animal in half (sizes can vary) and pack the following cuts for you:

1 x Whole Leg or 2 x Half Legs

1 x Leg shank

1 x Rack (6ribs)
